Bio: Melody was born the oldest out of three to Mathias and Serenity Fairka. Melody's mother was in the Aisumond Airforce with her partner, a Dragonite, for as long as Melody could remember and her father was an eccentric Security guard at a military base.

On Melody’s eighth birthday, she was able to choose from three pokemon to have as her own. A dragon type, a water type, or an electric type. She wanted to be just like her mother, so she picked the dragon type. That dragon type turned out to be a Dratini, whom she called Xarie.

When Melody was eleven, Xarie(still a Dratini) was hurt by a wild Luxray that charged at Melody. Afterward, Melody nursed Xarie back to health, and Xarie evolved into a Dragonair a few days later. This was the cause of Xarie’s continuous dislike of all electric types.

When Melody was sixteen, her mother was injured on a mission. The anon so damaged that she broke her left arm in three places and her left leg needed to be amputated. She was in the hospital for three months in critical condition as she recovered. Five months later, Serenity was released, put on a list for a robotic leg, and honorably discharged. Serenity was so heartbroken about not being able to fight anymore, but Melody cheered her up every day by being her silly self.

When Melody turned seventeen, her mother gave Melody the feather ring, which Serenity had used as her pokefuser during her time in the military. Melody accepted it and the same day, she and Xarie became partners and took the entrance test for the Aisumond military, going into the army division.

Now, her mother walks with a limp and a robotic leg, her father retired, now they run a small grocery store. Melody and Serenity spar on their free-time, as a way for Melody to improve and Serenity to exercise her leg. Her father has also grown attached to a Skitty.

Melody is happy in the army, but at the back of her mind worry plagues her of if she could get injured like her mother was.


Pokefuser: Feather Ring. Her mother gave it to her when she turned 17. To activate the anon form with it you press the small jewel. Melody is a bit theatrical with the fact that she kisses the jewel to press it.

Weapon: Plasma Sword. A button on the inside of the guard activates the blade.

-Xarie won't acknowldge you unless you have a dragon type partner, or give her a spicy poffin.
-Melody's father is a lot like her, he crys a lot... and treats Melody just like a little girl still. But she doesn't mind, he's just like a kid himself in a lot of ways.
